... that's the only way I can think to describe the Jubilee celebrations in Fairyland! With the most adorable miniature street party popping up in every magical nook, from the city in the centre, right down to the Mermaids on the coast.
Come and take a look with me, at all the fun they're having...
The tap-tap-tap of tiny hammers is tinkling up and down Pacific Street
Still reeling from reading about Wisteria Lane's "Prettiest Street" award, the Mermaids are determined not to be outdone again.
So they diligently drape paper chains over every bobbing branch of seaweed. And one brave soul mounts the miniature step-ladder to nail rows of bunting to their beautiful doors.
Meanwhile on Wisteria Lane ...
... there's some debate going on about hats! It seems the pattern sent through from Street Party headquarters doesn't quite cut the mustard for the prettiest street in Fairyland.
So, they're going out on a wing, and adding golden balls to the tips, for added joie de vivre!
Things are much more relaxed over on Bunting Boulevard ...
These easy going Fairy friends are taking a typically sunny approach to their miniature street party. Stripey deckchairs and picnics on the warm sand are the order of the day!
And much merriment was had when one of the Fairy children caught bunting on their bicycle, and rode along the Boulevard like a kite in full flight!
But no one hosts a miniature Street Party quite like the Fairies of Jubilee Close ...
Tables and chairs in smart gingham cloth line the pavement. Tempting treats are piled high on party plates, and a grand golden punch bowl takes centre stage.
Ever ones to plan perfectly, these darling little Fairies were put in charge of preparing a pack of printable signage for use throughout Fairyland.
They thought of everything!
Bunting, paper chains, party hats, invitations. You name it, they've created it ... right down to a Fairy-sized "Road Closed" sign to make sure your miniature street party doesn't get gate-crashed.
So, as the festivities draw to close, I think they rather deserve that Fairy Nice pot of nettle tea, don't you? And perhaps even a sweet biscuit from their, rather appropriate, Coronation biscuit tin.
