Due to staff holidays, orders placed between 18-31 August will not be dispatched until the beginning of September. For priority dispatch, please use express delivery (UK only).
What happens after you place your order
It will take us 2-3 working days to carefully pick, personalise and pack your beautiful order, and take it to the Fairy Post Office for delivery.
We always send your order via a tracked postal service. So, if you created an account at checkout, you will find the tracking number for your order on the "My Account" page. But, if you checked out as a guest you are very welcome to message us for your tracking number.

Delivery cost and services
FREE UK DELIVERY is available on orders over £50
For orders to UK addresses, delivery is a flat rate fee of £4.95. We offer free delivery if you spend over £50. Please select this option at the checkout to benefit.
Our standard delivery travels by either Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service or their tracked service, depending on the value of your order. It usually takes 1-4 days to arrive with you. However, during holiday periods this could be longer.
Express UK Delivery
Express delivery is available for orders to UK addresses. These orders travel by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service.
Orders sent by express delivery should arrive the day after they have been dispatched from The Fairy Nice Trading Company.
We are very proud to deliver beautiful Fairy Doors to families all around the world. When you enter your address at the checkout you will be given the shipping cost for delivering to your home town.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland. We hope to resolve this issue soon.
PLEASE NOTE: You may be required to pay additional customs fees once your item reaches your country. We recommend you keep an eye on your tracking in case additional fees become due. Additional import customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be paid by The Fairy Nice Trading Company.
Shipping times vary from country to country, and are particularly changeable at the moment with localised lockdowns and postal disruption. We recommend you check HERE for your local service update.
However, at present our experience for our main overseas destinations is, that the service to USA appears to be running as normal. EU post is safe but slow.
Is my order "lost"?
From December 2020, each order has a tracking number. This can be found if you access your account with us on the "My Account" page, and view your orders.
Alternatively, if you checked out as a guest, you can email us for the tracking number at [email protected] quoting your email address or order number.
You can use your tracking number to see where your parcel is on the Royal Mail website. Click HERE and enter the number when prompted.
In the current circumstances, we will not consider your parcel lost until:
4 weeks after your despatch date if your order is travelling inside the UK, or
9 weeks after your despatch date if your order is travelling outside of the UK.
If you have not received your parcel by this time, please contact us at [email protected] and we will discuss a replacement or refund.
