Delivery in time for Christmas
We're getting super excited for Christmas Fairy fun, and are working hard to pack your orders with the care and attention they deserve.
Please allow us 2-3 working days from placing your order, to get it to the Post Office for delivery.
When to place your order
Order by midnight (GMT) on the following dates to receive your beautiful Fairy Door and accessories in time for Christmas magical adventures.
PLEASE NOTE: Localised postal disruptions may affect the time it takes for your Fairy gifts to arrive. We recommend you order as soon as possible to account for this. (See our COVID promise below for further reassurance*)
Sending to the UK
Select our "standard delivery" or "free delivery" by midnight, 15 December 2020.
Or select "Express" by 18 December 2020.
- Australia and New Zealand, Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Central and South America, Far and Middle East - order by 1 December 2020
- Canada, Cyprus and Malta, Greece, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia) and Turkey - order by 6 December 2020
- USA, Czech Republic, Finland, Italy, Poland, Sweden - order by 8 December 2020
Austria, Denmark, Germany, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg - order by 13 December 2020
Delivery cost and services
FREE UK DELIVERY is available on orders over £50
For orders to UK addresses, delivery is a flat rate fee of £4.95. We offer free delivery if you spend over £50. Please select this option at the checkout to benefit.
Our standard delivery travels by Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For service.
Express UK Delivery
Express delivery is available for orders to UK addresses. These orders travel by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service.
Orders sent by express delivery should arrive the day after they have been despatched from The Fairy Nice Trading Company.
COVID secure post
Royal Mail have made some changes to their service to protect you from Coronavirus, including a measure of contactless delivery. You can find out more about that here>>
Please check the status of your local post network, especially if ordering from overseas. Unfortunately we cannot do anything once your order is despatched, if the authorities, postal service or virus related circumstances halt or delay your parcel on route.
*However, if you place an order and we are unable to despatch it due to a change in restrictions, please rest assured that you will receive a FULL REFUND. This will be done as quickly as possible, allowing for the number of orders we need to process.
